He’s feeling like he definitely should have discussed boundaries with her more in hindsight.
He loves his girlfriend, and he trusts her, so he’s decided to not say any more about the trip she’s going on.
“So, time goes by and tomorrow she’s actually going,” he said. “Today, it hit me.”
“She’s going on a holiday to Dubai with her ex-boyfriend, now a very good friend, who she was with for several years and only broke up with him a month and a half ago. And he’s paying.”
He is very jealous about this, but he’s still trying hard not to say anything while he waits for her to come home on January 13th.
The problem is, he’s not sure if this is normal for his girlfriend to be on a trip like this with her ex, and he’s struggling.
