“On March 24, 2021, the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call for police regarding human remains in a wooded area near E. Belt Line Road and Post Oak Road in Wilmer, Texas,” the Dallas Police Department explained in a statement.

“The following day, those remains were positively identified by the Dallas County Medical Examiner as Marisela Botello Valadez.”

“On March 25, 2021, Dallas Police, with the assistance of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, arrested Nina Marano, a 49-year-old White female, in Miami, Florida in connection with the murder of Ms. Botello.”

They also named 2 more suspects and said they were wanted for Marisela’s murder: 31-year-old Charles Beltran and 57-year-old Lisa Dykes (who also goes by Lisa Beltran).

It turns out, Charles Beltran was the last person who was seen with Marisela in downtown Dallas before she vanished.
