She Wore The Same Dress To A Wedding That All Of The Bridesmaids Were Wearing Even Though She Wasn’t In The Bridal Party

“Instead, I decided the best course of action would go up to the bride (30F), introduce myself, and let her know I had had no idea that was the dress the bridesmaids would be wearing,” she said.

“She laughed it off and said it was fine, but I could tell she was slightly annoyed at the whole situation, and one of the bridesmaids was practically shooting daggers at me the rest of the night.”

Well, she spoke to her cousin today about what happened, and although he didn’t think that her wearing the same dress as the bridesmaids was an issue, his wife did.

His wife thinks that she was so rude to have not asked beforehand what dresses the bridesmaids were going to have on since she was aware that her dress was a bridesmaid dress.

“My sister agrees with him, but my mom and friends say that it’s not like I was wearing white or anything, and it wasn’t that big of a deal,” she continued.

She’s left wondering if she was really in the wrong here for not double-checking about what the bridesmaids would be wearing to the wedding.

How would you feel in this situation?
