“I was upset and made that clear over text, to which she responded by sending me loads of pictures of dresses she’d rather me wear.”
“I told her I will not wear any prom dress she gets me and will just reuse an old dress I wore to some fancy party. She then yells at me for being arrogant and not telling her what color.”
Even though she told her mom there was no way that she would wear another dress she bought for her, her mom went out and purchased one regardless.
She got into an argument with her mom about the second dress, and she’s still saying she will not wear it to prom.
Her mom is really upset with her and thinks that she’s not grateful at all.
Do you think it was mean of her mom to throw her prom dress in the garbage, and do you blame her for not wanting to wear the dress her mom bought for her?
