She doesn’t want to have to take allergy medication, which makes her feel tired every single day when she could easily go find a guy who does not come with a cat.
It really rubbed her the wrong way that this guy just could not accept that she wasn’t interested in pursuing anything with him because of his cat and the impact that cat would have on her health.
“He tried to storm off but I realized I was going to stick with the whole bill and quickly waved a waitress down to get a split bill and paid my half before leaving,” she continued.
Later on, her friend sent her a text, wondering how the date had gone, and she didn’t hide anything that happened from her friend.
Her friend was upset with her for writing this guy off over his cat, and her friend believes she should take allergy medication and stop listing cats as a dealbreaker.
Do you think it was ok for her to tell this guy that his cat was something she could not overlook, or should she have said nothing on the date?
