This 100-Year-Old Man Has Broken The Guinness World Records For Having The Longest Career At The Same Company

‘I was given the opportunity to work as a salesperson. Then, I traveled to Sao Paulo and, in less than one week, I filled the production with order equivalent of three months of worth,” Walter recalled.

Shortly afterward, he went on to become a Sales Manager and never lost his thrill for the job.

Walter believes the best part of having a job is the sense of purpose, commitment, and routine it instills in you.

Additionally, after watching the world evolve so much over the past decades, Walter offers two critical pieces of advice– always stay up-to-date on current trends and remember to adapt to different situations.

Now one hundred years old, as of April 19, 2022, Walter is still thriving. He has remained in good health with stellar mental agility. And each day, he looks forward to exercising and traveling to the office.

“I don’t do much planning nor care much about tomorrow. All I care about is that tomorrow will be another day in which I wake up, exercise, and go to work. You need to get busy with the present, not the past or future,” Walter said.

Walter also regards breaking the Guinness World Record as his “proudest achievement.”
