This Dad Canceled His Daughter’s Graduation Party For Being A Bully And His Daughter Lost Out On A $40,000 Graduation Present Too

“We never got to meet her before then.” Now, all of his aunt’s children are saying there never was a check earmarked for his daughter, which he believes might be true.

As soon as his daughter heard that she was no longer going to get a check for $40,000, it created enormous problems between him and his daughter.

His daughter had already planned to use the money to get her own place near her college campus, and also not have to take out a lot of loans for college.

“But now, she’s going to have to live at home and take out loans,” he continued. “I’ve co-signed these loans for her because I feel terrible about it.”

“I’ve tried talking to her about it and how I wish it hadn’t gone this way but she’s completely iced all of us out.”

“She moved down into our basement and doesn’t come up anymore. She hasn’t talked to me, my wife, or my stepdaughter since.”

This dad is left feeling bad about everything, especially the fact that his aunt passed away and his daughter didn’t get her $40,000 graduation gift.

He also feels really guilty, but he sticks by the punishment he doled out to his daughter.

Do you think the punishment fit the crime here and was this dad right to cancel his daughter’s graduation party for being a bully?
