She had picked out a loaf of bread in the first place, as it’s something that she has relied on for food whenever she has been really hungry yet low on money, so she’s not sure how that item of food was offensive to the homeless man.
“I don’t know, I feel like it’s a sign that the one time I got out of my comfort zone to help someone ended up like this,” she said.
“But to double check, did I do something wrong in any way?”
