It really did break her heart as she sat there looking through Steve’s wedding photos. Her daughters of course were included in the photos too, and she thought they looked like they were part of a “better family” than the one she had made with Steve years ago.
Steve, his new wife, and their daughters all looked so overjoyed.
She isn’t sure why she’s left feeling so sad about the photos. She can’t work out if it’s because she still could be in love with Steve, or if it’s because she doesn’t know if she’ll find someone that she will get to marry too.
She really thought the past was in the past for her, but it’s not. Do you think she’s still in love with Steve, or do you think she’s so hurt by this because she wants to find her happily ever after too but hasn’t?
