Sadie was euthanized as her transfusion was unsuccessful, and she was in a series of pain with a point of no return.
Sadie was a Davikas lab who was just about to head on a new journey with her owner. That said, Kate has organized a fundraiser to help raise money to cover Sadie’s medical expenses and assist the owner financially as they flew across the country for their new pup.
“I wanted Sadie to recover too, but her delicate little body was too sweet but invaded and just not able to fight,” said Kate on a GoFundMe page.
Moving forward, Kate has put other safety percussions into play. She will now add another level of vaccinations 2 weeks before the puppies leave their home and head over to the vet.
They will also require 30-day insurance to cover any medical conditions and expenses that may occur during that time.
As they continue to raise money to help the family acquire the beautiful black lab during this challenging time, you can check out their GoFundMe page by clicking here.
