And on top of that, she believes it is her responsibility to comfort her grieving sister following the tragedy– not go along with her wedding celebrations.
So now, even though she and her fiancé have prepared to move forward with the wedding, she cannot stomach the thought of going through with it.
But, squashing her own fiancé’s wedding hopes– along with all of her guests’ investments in their wedding travels– is also terrifying.
“I know everything has already been planned out, and I am ruining a lot by doing this. But, I have to put my family first,” she reasoned.
Still, she is not sure if canceling the wedding altogether would be a completely selfish move.
