Her dad jumped in to say that her stepsister is allowed to choose any color she likes to paint her room and that she can also get her own posters as well.
Her stepsister didn’t want to hear it; she kept insisting she needed the bedroom with a bathroom attached and that it wasn’t about the paint color or posters.
Her stepmom sided with her stepsister and tried to make her move out of her bedroom. Her stepmom believes that she should give her stepsister her bedroom because she’s the little one and she’s lived in her bedroom for a long time, so she should share.
“So I told her that I won’t give up my room because this has all my stuff and I’m comfortable in my room, so her daughter will have to go to the other only available room,” she continued.
“She is saying that I’m being rude and mean to my new little sister and should be reasonable and give her my room and be the bigger person and act my age and not a little kid.”
Her dad is of the opinion that she should not move out of her bedroom if she doesn’t want to, but she’s still wondering if it’s mean for her not to want to give up her bedroom to her new stepsister.
