She Wanted To Name Her First Daughter After Her Late Sister, But Her Mother Freaked Out And Actually Pledged To Cut Off Communication Until She Picks A Different Name

Then, after she asked her mother what was wrong, her mother actually blew up on her and claimed that the name choice was utterly disrespectful to her mother and sister.

So, despite her entire family believing the tribute was a great idea, her mother has been refusing to speak to her ever since the announcement.

In fact, the mom has pledged to entirely cut off communication with her until she decides to pick a different name.

“My heart has been set on this name ever since my husband and I started thinking about having kids, though, and I really do not want to change it,” she said.

But now, after seeing how much the name “Alice” upset her mother, she is not sure if moving forward with the name would be the wrong thing to do.
