She’s Feels Intimidated Being 30 And Single, And She’s Wondering If She’s Going To Spend The Rest Of Her Life Alone

While it may feel lonely at first, we have the rest of our lives to enjoy who we are and what will come next.

A 30-year-old woman recently explained how intimidating it feels to be single at 30.

“It seems like everyone else has built long-term, meaningful relationships, and I’m back at square 1,” she said.

“I would really love to find someone to build a great life with, and I would love to have children.”

The young woman is successful in her career, has her own place, and is surrounded by amazing friends.

As she leaned to Reddit for some reassuring advice, the comment section did not disappoint.

However, one person in the comment section said it best.

“When I was 29, I got divorced, moved back to my home city with my tail between my legs, took a job as a temp file clerk, and crashed on a friend’s futon,” said username rotatingruhnama on a Reddit post.

“Life felt over like I was going to be left behind. Fast forward to today. I’m 45, and I’m writing this while curled up in bed with my daughter, watching cartoons.”

“My husband is working in the next room. We’re all snug together in our house, with friends and a nice little cozy life. It wasn’t easy getting here, and this part of my story is barely the beginning. There’s always more.”

The comment left on this Reddit post provides a great outlook on life. It’s never too early to go back to school.
