In her video, Sylvia begins by adding two eggs and a splash of milk to a large bag of Doritos. She then seals it up and takes a rolling pin to gently hit the bag and crush the chips.
Sylvia then shakes the bag to incorporate the crushed chips, eggs, and milk into a batter. Next, she slices a chicken breast into tenders and seasons each piece with onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper before dredging each piece in flour.
Then, Sylvia places a chicken tender in the Doritos bag and shakes the bag to evenly coat the tender for about 30 seconds. She repeats this step with each chicken tender, one at a time.
Once all of the chicken tenders are evenly coated with the Doritos batter, Sylvia heats up some vegetable oil in a pan before frying the chicken in the oil until they’re golden and cooked through.
At the end of her video, Sylvia takes a big bite out of a chicken tender, saying they’re “so good.”
The finished product actually looks pretty tasty! But when Sylvia cracked two eggs into a Doritos bag at the start of her video, viewers expected the recipe to be more absurd.
“The start made me want to call the cops,” commented one TikTok user. “The end made me want to try it. Full range of emotions in this one.”
