A Little Boy Jumped Into A Swimming Pool To Save His Mom As She Was Experiencing A Seizure

The entire fascinating incident was recorded on home security footage. Gavin says that he was only scared “a little bit.” What a brave little guy!

Besides the outpour of pride and gratitude from his mother, Gavin has been receiving lots of support from people all over. Just recently, Gavin was acknowledged by his local police department. He was given an award for his bravery!

“The Kingston police station would like everyone to know we have a hero in Marshall County,” writes the police department on Facebook. “Due to the quick actions of this young man, his mother didn’t swallow any water and is still alive to this day.”

The Facebook statement made by the Kingston, Oklahoma Police Department also includes pictures of a very proud looking Gavin holding up his award. “He is flying high,” commented Lori on the Facebook post. “He is my hero, not just that day but everyday. “He will remember this the rest of his life.”

We’re applauding your bravery, Gavin! To read more about heroic Gavin, visit the link here.
