He Supports His Girlfriend And Her Special Needs Child, But Since He Asked His Girlfriend To Contribute More Financially, She Declined Unless They Get Married

He values his girlfriend for many reasons, and none of them come down to how much money she can make.

“Something doesn’t sit right with me that she says she can only take that next step to help out if we are either married or she would need to separate from me to focus on earning,” he said.

“I don’t understand why we cannot do this together.”

He isn’t sure how to resolve this issue, and he wants to because he knows he wants to spend his life with his girlfriend and her child.

“I can see a future where we are a happy family together, but getting there seems to require one of us to budge, and I’m uncomfortable taking a massive leap of faith when I feel she could be helping out now, which would help release some pressure on me,” he concluded.

How do you think he can resolve this situation with his girlfriend, and do you think it sounds like she is taking advantage of him financially?
