In turn, she suggested the option of putting her sister into a home and constantly visiting her to make sure she did not feel neglected.
Still, though, her mother was not happy with that plan. Instead, her mother actually called her utterly selfish and said she should be ashamed of herself.
“She also said it is unfair that she would have to pay for this home as well– even though I offered to help pay,” she recalled.
Plus, since her mother told the rest of her family members, everyone has sided with her mom and is calling her a horrible person for not stepping up.
So now, she is completely confused. She does not want to give up her dream and possibly resent her sister for the rest of her life over it. But, she also does not want to be a selfish jerk like everyone is saying.
