“Throughout the call, I was silent because I had no words, as I was (still am) hurting. I told her that this isn’t a game and that I need some time to think about it. She didn’t take this well and accused me of trying to ruin her life with her.”
“She told me that she is going to call my mom if I don’t give her a chance. (Her tone wasn’t demanding / condescending or anything. It was obvious she was hurt too). As much as I love her, I know this is not how partners act, and I haven’t done anything to deserve this. Stand up and leave one day?”
Well, his girlfriend kept her word and did call his mom before calling several of his best friends. His mom and friends are siding with his girlfriend and think he should simply take her back.
His mom then mentioned if he even dared to date another woman, she would never be accepting of them at all.
He’s certainly upset about not only what his girlfriend did; but that his loved ones don’t care about how he’s left feeling amid all of this.
So, he’s wondering if he really should get back together with her. On top of that, he did sleep with another woman that they both do know while they were broken up, and he’s trying to decide if he should tell her that too.
