Next, spice it up by adding a few of your favorite seasonings into the mix. Alyssa uses a couple of shakes of garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sazon. Be sure to mix this all really well, then add four cups of shredded mozzarella.
Then, you will need to grab some corn tortillas. Place them on a paper plate, and place another paper plate upside down to make a little lid. Cook them in the microwave for 30 seconds. This will ensure your tortillas will not crack or tear as you roll in the delicious ingredients.
Take one of your tortillas, lay it out flat, add your filling to just one side of the tortilla, and then roll it up.
Seal your tortilla with a toothpick and deep fry it on medium heat until it turns golden brown. When your tortilla is done being deep fried, place it on a rack before removing the toothpick. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce; Alyssa recommends blue cheese or ranch dressing.
