If you have a food processor, blend up 3 freshly peeled heads of garlic. If you don’t have a food processor, that’s fine! You’ll just have to take a bit of extra time to ensure your garlic is finely chopped into tiny pieces.
Then, put two tablespoons of cayenne pepper, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon pepper, and one tablespoon of brown sugar into a bowl.
Melt five sticks of butter in a pot. Once the butter is all melted, dump the bowl of seasonings and spices into the pot. Go ahead and add a teaspoon of salt to the mixture, along with your chosen amount of hot sauce.
Don’t forget to add the garlic to the butter mixture! This will be your garlic sauce. Bring it to a boil, and put it aside to save for later.
Next, cut up two packs of andouille sausage into rounds. Boil them in a pot. After they’re done, take them out, squeeze two lemons into the water then just throw the lemons in too. Save a cup of lemon water to cook into the garlic sauce.
Toss some shrimp into the pot of lemon water for two minutes. Finally, put the corn, potatoes, and shrimp into a large bowl and drown them in the sauce!
You can serve it with rice and drizzle garlic sauce on top of that as well. You can watch Stephanie’s original video on TikTok here.
