After adding a dusting of sea salt, he mashes up some goat cheese in a bowl and places dabs of it on top of the butter. Then, he spreads on dollops of apricot jam.

The last ingredient to go on his butter board is a bit of truffle honey with macadamia nuts. He then positions some colorful flowers as a garnish, which is optional but really adds to the artiness of it all.

Finally, he serves his butter board with a loaf of sourdough rye bread.
