This one is especially disappointing, considering that many mothers are very insecure about their bodies after having a baby. Not to mention, that must’ve been extremely embarrassing for the mother! Another patient’s husband thought that he should have a say in how his wife chooses to manage her pain while she goes into active labor with their baby.
“Are you sure you want an epidural?” he asked his wife. “My mom didn’t have one. Before you make a decision, we should talk about it.”
So if his mother didn’t get one, then that means that his wife shouldn’t either? Where is this logic coming from? Holly’s shocking video received over 2 million likes. Many TikTok users in the comments section couldn’t get over some of these quotes.
“My child would be fatherless after those comments,” commented one user.
“I couldn’t be a nurse,” commented another user. “I would start an argument with the men.”
