Start by mixing the sugar, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. It’s important to keep the wet and dry ingredients separated until the end.
Add the pumpkin to the first mixture with sugar in it. Then, add the flour mixture bowl to the sugar mixture bowl. Pour in water, and stir everything together until all the ingredients are combined.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about fifty minutes in a loaf pan. To check when the bread is done, make sure the center part of the bread is not gooey.
