Her former teacher immediately quit sending her text messages right after they had that chat.
This all happened last year, but currently, she can’t help but wonder if she was preyed on and taken advantage of.
“According to him, he assumed I had a crush on him at school (I did not) but kept talking to me because the crush was ‘harmless,'” she said.
“I told my Mum a few months ago, and she was mortified and told me she was considering contacting the school he works at, as he might be doing the same thing to other students.”
She wouldn’t let her mom do that, though, as she insisted it should be her choice to tell her former teacher’s wife and school about what went down.
It does keep crossing her mind that perhaps her former teacher has slept with his former students before, and she was never the first one.
Although her former teacher swore she was the first, she’s not so sure now. A few days ago, she did reach out to him, and they wound up discussing their hookups.
“He told me that he was really upset I had ended things and would have liked things to have developed into a relationship – and I quote, “boyfriend and girlfriend,” she continued.
“He told me he was currently faithful to his wife and told her about his previous affairs (not me, though), but implied he would like to start seeing me again – even live with me in a house he wanted to build in the Outer Hebrides in the future.”
A few hours after their conversation ended, he sent her a steamy short story he had penned, and the whole thing was obviously about what happened between them.
She felt shocked to see that he had written a story about them, to be honest.
