The closest I’ll ever get to a billiards room is going to the local bar or bowling alley to play a round of pool with my boyfriend.
The double staircase in the entryway of the house looks like something out of a book or Regency-era show, like Bridgerton.
I can see hundreds of people dancing and gossiping about the last scandal or about which daughter is going to get a better marital match. And, of course, there are plenty of places for fainting and swooning.
The one thing that catches my attention the most, out of all the photos, is the library. It’s something I’ve always wished I could have in a home, but 87 million is planets away from my budget.
“Among the many jewels of this home is the two-story library, which includes a steel spiral staircase and a vibrant irreplaceable stained glass light fixture,” the listing pointed out.
The beauty of this house transcends the expectations one might have for a California estate. The landscaping, the architecture, and the master craftsmanship are breathtaking, and whoever decides to purchase this house will be a very lucky person and will get to live everyone’s Bridgerton dream.
