She didn’t trust Andy after those sketchy interactions. Once the air conditioner was fixed and a few weeks had passed, she thought she wouldn’t have to see him again. Until one night around 2 am, when she was working in the donut shop all alone.
She suddenly heard a loud banging noise at the shop’s front windows. It was Andy asking to be let in. When she wouldn’t let him in, he became relentless and started frantically pulling on the door handles.
She went into a corner of the store where he couldn’t see her and called her manager. There was no answer. Before she could dial 911, she noticed that Andy started calling the shop from his phone. At this point, he was trying to pry the doors open. She finally called the police.
The cops made a shocking discovery in Andy’s car after arriving that has scarred her to this day. In the backseat of his car were some duct tape, a rope, and a knife.
They didn’t end up arresting him because they said that he hadn’t actually done anything to physically harm her. He told the police he went to fix the air conditioner, which she knows is not true.
Although he wasn’t arrested, she thankfully hasn’t seen or heard from Andy since.
Would you be able to return to work after something like that?
