Her Grandma Gave Her The Wedding Dress That She Wore, And After Her Cousin Asked If His Fiancée Could Wear It, She Said No, But They’re Still Pleading With Her To Fork Over The Dress

She then informed Lily that if she even did decide to let her wear the dress on her wedding day, she would not be allowing Lily to keep it for good.

Lily then kept pushing her to let her have the dress, and she said it would be so nice to have a free wedding dress that her mom could alter for her. She then hung up on Lily as soon as Lily started the waterworks. Well, Jake started texting her that she was terrible for causing Lily to cry, and Jake was also mad at her for entertaining the idea of letting them have the wedding dress when clearly she had already made up her mind.

“I told Jake that at first, I might have been a chance, but by the time Lily called, I had made my decision,” she said.

“Jack blew up, saying that I shouldn’t rob his fiancée of the opportunity for the perfect dress, etc. I told him that the reason for my decision was that I was planning to wear it to my future wedding, that the dress was important to me, and I didn’t want to wear a dress that had been worn by someone else so recently.”

“He said some bs like, “our grandma might not even be there when you get married, so why not let Lily wear it.” I texted him (I might have gone too far, but I was pissed) saying that Lily wasn’t part of the family and that the dress meant nothing to her and didn’t have the value to her that it had to me, I didn’t want someone to take that away from me.”

She then called up her grandma to fill her in on the wedding dress drama, and her grandma told her not to give the dress to Lily because she didn’t really know Lily and didn’t want Lily to wear her dress.

This isn’t over, though; Lily and Jake have been sending her messages on her phone and social media, and Lily’s parents even got involved and sent her a message too.

They’re all still pleading with her to give the dress to Lily. She has done her best to just ignore them all, but she really is left wondering if she should give the dress to Lily after all.
