When they got back, she was in her office doing work, as she works from home. She does work for herself, though, so she let her family know that they could knock on her office door if they ended up needing anything.
“My SIL knocked, and I told her to come in,” she said. “She tried to shoo Franco off the couch. I was busy and didn’t notice until she screamed and ran out of the room.”
“Everyone noticed then. Me, my wife, my parents, my brother, her kids. Everyone came running to see what happened. She was sitting on the stairs crying. Apparently, she peed herself a little because she thought one of my other dogs had died on the couch.”
She then announced to her family that yes, she had Franco stuffed and sitting in her office, but her wife was the only person who already knew that.
Her nieces actually ended up thinking it was neat of her to do that, but she knows they think she is a bit nutty, to begin with.
Her mom and dad, and brother, though, are really upset with her. They even called her strange for wanting to stuff her dog in the first place, and they also believe she should have issued a warning to all of her family members.
“My brother and sister-in-law want to go stay at a hotel,” she continued. “They expect me to pitch in since it is my fault for scaring the pee out of her.”
She’s left wondering if it was really so wrong of her to have stuffed her dog and not told her family about what she spent her money on.
