Maddie covered her ornament cookie with red frosting. She drew four lines across the cookie with green and white frosting while the ornament was still wet.
Afterward, she took a toothpick and ran it through the lines of frosting to achieve a cool zigzag pattern. For a final touch, add an ornament hanger to the top.
Lastly, there’s the Christmas wreath. On top of a freshly white-frosted cookie, draw a star-shaped zigzag pattern with green frosting.
Then, using a different shade of green, draw that same shape, overlapping the first one. Run a toothpick through the green frosting in a circular motion to create that neat wreath effect. Add a couple of red berries onto the wreath, and the cookie is complete!
