“If she yelled at you for three hundred and twenty days out of the year, I don’t think she’s the one. But, that’s just me,” commented another from the opposing perspective.
Some TikTokers also stood up for Isaac’s fiancée.
“Add a dollar for when the yelling was justified,” one user said.
“Like you don’t give her reasons to yell,” another jokingly chimed in.
To this, Isaac responded, “Touché.”
Still, the mix of support and backlash prompted Isaac to post a follow-up video on the platform.
“I made a video about my fiancée’s gift being forty dollars, and now I feel bad,” Isaac said.
“She got me a MacBook Pro and some black plates for my PS5. All I got her was some Arianna Grande perfume,” he continued.
Isaac also captioned the video, “She yells a lot, but she is a good gift giver.”
Regardless, Isaac did not provide his followers with any closure. Many people still believe that his relationship lacks proper communication, and the TikTok community never found out if he made up for the underwhelming gift exchange.
If your romantic partner conducted this kind of test, how would you feel? Is it possible that Isaac purposefully created this video to stir up the TikTok community and catapult himself to fame?
