Thankfully, they’ve already received lots of support and donations, but SPCA Westchester will continue to need more, as they estimate the cost of care and vet bills for these kitties could be well over $40,000. Donations will also go towards the SPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement, which does not receive funding from the government, but from generous donors.
