His Fiancée Took Her Daughters Out To Eat One Night And Excluded His Daughter From Going With Them, But His Fiancée Doesn’t See How It Was Hurtful

Charlie then mentioned that when his fiancée and her girls got home, they passed her some takeout that wasn’t even warm.

He then approached his fiancée to question her about what had happened, and she said that she had taken her girls to dinner and then to mini golf.

They left Charlie’s food in the car while they golfed, which explained why Charlie’s food was cold by the time they brought it home.

So, while there was a valid explanation for why Charlie’s food was cold, there was no valid explanation for why Charlie wasn’t invited to come along with all of them.

“She kept deflecting to the food, saying she didn’t expect her to eat it cold; she could have warned it up herself,” he said.

“I kept insisting it was extremely rude to exclude Charlie from the outing. She came back with…”But I brought her food home.” She then asked, “Why is it ok for you to go out with just Charlie?” That’s different; in the last 30 days her kids have been here, Charlie and I have only gone grocery shopping or, on one occasion, took her cat to the vet. That can’t even be compared to what she did.”

“We didn’t come to any sort of an agreement. Friday, she was taking her girls to the dentist. On the way out, she made the snarky comment, “I hope this doesn’t offend Charlie too.”

Luckily, Charlie was not in earshot and didn’t hear that comment, but he was furious that his fiancée said that.

He and his fiancée both said sorry to one another later that day before his fiancée decided to start their fight up again over her excluding Charlie from dinner and mini golf.

His fiancée accused him of being in the wrong before insisting that she needed “alone” time with her girls because she spends half of the year not getting to spend time with them.

He completely gets her wanting to spend some time alone with her daughters, but he wished she could plan alone time with her girls while he also plans something for him and Charlie to do.
