“I instantly froze and looked over at my brother, who was still asleep,” she recalled. “I watched the ghost exit through the door and closed my eyes.”
The following day, she tried to tell her grandma what happened, but she just laughed and told her she was silly, most likely not to worry her.
But years later, at Thanksgiving, she overheard her grandma telling someone that her house was haunted.
Her grandmother often had to deal with the photo of the maid who died in the attic falling off the wall randomly and laundry being folded mid-air.
