Allow them to sit for about an hour before baking them at 300 degrees for twelve to fifteen minutes. Then, heat up three tablespoons of water and 100 grams of sugar in a pot. In a bowl, whisk five egg yolks for four to five minutes.
Once the pot of melted sugar reaches 240 degrees, slowly add it to the eggs. Add a cup of soft butter diced into squares and one teaspoon of vanilla to complete your icing for the macarons.
