His sister went to look out the window to see who was knocking when, low and behold, they saw the same pizza guy at their door.
They almost called the police, but thankfully after knocking a few more times, the man left. Then, the siblings made sure to go around their house and double-check that everything was locked and secure before waiting for their parents together.
Unfortunately, their mom accused them of being overdramatic, saying they were probably just scared because of the creepy videos they were watching beforehand.
Since then, they’ve ordered from the same pizza place a few more times and, thankfully, never saw that delivery driver again. The siblings were able to move on eventually, but they still think about how terrifying that experience was from time to time.
“Nothing else ever came of the situation, but I can’t help but think about what could’ve happened if that creep had been just a bit more persistent; what if he had kept trying to get into the house?” he said.
Do you think it was wrong of their mom to accuse them of overreacting?
