She Started Hiding Out In A Secret Crawl Space In Her Bedroom Whenever Her Stepmom Wanted Her To Babysit, So Now Her Stepmom Is Accusing Her Of Sneaking Out, And Her Dad Thinks Her Stepmom Is Crazy

She claims that she already has other chores to do, though, so it’s not like she is doing nothing around the house.

“I just want some time to myself on the weekend. And my dad doesn’t see it happen, so he thinks I’m exaggerating,” she vented.

Ever since she moved into a new house with her dad and Josie, though, she realized that she might be able to get some alone time in a secret hiding spot.

She was given the smaller bedroom in the house, and inside, she realized there was a small hatch that led into a side attic.

No one else knows about the little attic, either. So, she began keeping some personal belongings– that she did not want anyone else to touch– inside.

The space is also large enough for her to lay down a blanket and some pillows to read or go on her laptop without any interruptions.

Eventually, she then got the idea to start hiding out in the little attic to avoid Josie whenever her dad was not home. And, for a while, it worked.

Her stepmom would call her name and even go looking for her in her bedroom. But she was never found.

One day, though, her dad wound up texting her and asking where she was. She responded by saying she was in her bedroom, and she also sent her phone’s location so her dad could see she was telling the truth.

Then, before her dad got home, she slipped out of the little attic, laid down on her bed, and started reading a book. So, once her dad walked it, it looked as though she had been there all along.

If you could not have guessed, though, Josie became furious and started questioning her about where she had gone. She claimed that she had been in her room the entire time, though, and her dad even showed Josie the phone location to back her up.
