After Her Sister-In-Law Sprung A Near $1,000 Bill On Her At A Bachelorette Party, She Called Her Sister-In-Law An Entitled Brat And Refused To Pay It

Obviously, she was caught off guard and sat there all confused for a minute. Then, her sister-in-law spoke up and revealed why she was given the bill.

“My parents and I were talking and were thinking you and my brother could handle the bill for this as a wedding gift since you’re not financially contributing to my wedding,” her sister-in-law said.

After hearing that, she just stared at her sister-in-law in shock before calling her out for not bringing that idea up beforehand.

Apparently, though, her sister-in-law did not see the issue with springing the check on her and started making comments about how, because she and her husband are “so well off,” it’s not a big deal. Her sister-in-law also claimed to believe that her husband would have no problem with covering the bill.

She was not budging, though, and decided to ask why her sister-in-law’s fiancé or parents did not pay for the dinner. She also asked why her sister-in-law ever thought it was okay to just throw the bill on her out of nowhere.

Now, at that point, her sister-in-law reportedly went on a rant about how she and her husband are the wealthiest people in the family. So, her sister-in-law claimed not to expect her reaction and instead thought she would just say yes.

“But I told her, ‘Well, sorry, but I’m not your parents. Don’t expect handouts from me,'” she recalled. Yikes!

Afterward, her sister-in-law started accusing her of being selfish. But she fired back by calling her sister-in-law an entitled brat before paying for her portion of the bill and leaving the dinner.

Once she stormed out, her mother-in-law, some aunts, and even some cousins swooped in to take her sister-in-law’s side. They are apparently beyond furious at her and expect her to apologize for what she said at the dinner.

“And I told them over my dead body,” she revealed.

Thankfully, her husband has fully taken her side, and now, they are even debating not attending her sister-in-law’s wedding.
