He Was Honest With His Mom About The Exact Moment He Lost All Love And Respect For Her, And Now He’s Wondering If He Was Too Harsh

“I was 13, and I had just entered high school. I was big into football, and the coach at that time was brutal,” he recalled.

His coach was actually making him and his teammates practice twice a day– once at 5:00 a.m. and once after school.

So, he told his mom how he woke up one morning for practice and found her passed out on the couch after she used whatever substance.

At the same time, he also saw his older sister– who was just 15 at the time– standing there and freaking out.

She knew they had no food in the house– because they apparently never had any food– and was worried about him passing out after practicing so hard and barely eating.

He claimed that he tried to reassure his sister that he would be fine. But his sister was not going to let him leave the house on an empty stomach.

So, she reportedly went into the kitchen and grabbed the only ingredients they had– two-day-old nearly-burnt rice, a can of green beans, half a chicken breast, and salt.

Afterward, his sister made him and his siblings a whole fried rice meal to ensure everyone was fed.

“And I ate that meal on my way to practice crying,” he admitted.

While he was at school that day, his older sister also had to stay home to make sure his two younger sisters got to school safely and had someone to pick them up afterward. According to him, she did that most days, too.

Then, by the time he got home that day after his second football practice, he found his sister standing in the kitchen again. She was cooking dinner for everyone with new groceries in the fridge.
