Patrick then asked anyone in the Phoenix area who needs a hard-working employee with a ton of customer service experience to leave a comment on his post so he could get them in touch with his dad.
Today, the LinkedIn post has over 19,300 reactions, 837 comments, and 604 reposts. The comments section is filled with job listings and suggestions from those who want to help Peter succeed.
“Our parents have a lot of value to add to organizations through their lived experiences, empathy, and wisdom,” wrote a NIKE employee on Patrick’s post. “Let’s chat and figure out a solution for them to continue sharing their passion and creating value.”
