-1/3 cup of shredded coconut

-1 cup of milk

-1/3 cup of honey

-2 eggs

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-1 1/2 cups of frozen berries

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine your oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and shredded coconut. Then, mix in the wet ingredients–honey, eggs, vanilla, and milk.

Add your choice of milk whether it’s almond, regular, or oat.

Next, throw in some frozen berries. Strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries are always good choices to pair with oatmeal. You can also use fresh fruit if you’d like.
