She Freaked Out On Her Boyfriend Because His Parents Were Not Treating Her Daughter The Same As Their Granddaughters

It all began once they began discussing the possibility of moving in together. At that point, she thought it was only fair that Scarlett becomes more involved with Martin’s parents and be treated the same way as his two daughters, Miley and Joanna.

Apparently, Scarlett met Martin’s parents a few months ago and has visited them a few more times since then. According to her, though, her daughter was treated like a total stranger.

On the other hand, she detailed how Miley and Joanna were completely spoiled by Martin’s parents at Christmas. The girls reportedly received money, gifts, gift vouchers, toys, and makeup.

“All they got Scarlett was an embroidered blanket thing Martin’s mother apparently spent weeks knitting with her name on it, two gift vouchers, and a doll,” she recalled.

Aside from the gifts, she also claimed that Martin’s parents often invite Miley and Joanna for sleepovers; meanwhile, Scarlett is excluded. And Martin’s parents reportedly tried to explain how they just did not feel comfortable looking after Scarlett since they didn’t know her that well.

Additionally, they often buy Miley and Joanna little trinkets and sweets or give them some money here and there. Her daughter, though, reportedly just receives “one thing,” which she believes is totally unfair.

But, the last straw for her was when Martin’s parents asked to take everyone to Disneyland Paris over Easter break. Apparently, they only offered to pay for Martin, Miley, and Joanna.

Then, Martin’s parents claimed they could help her pay for part of her and Scarlett’s travel expenses but that she would have to cover the rest.

At that point, she admitted to completely losing it and telling Martin that his parents needed to treat Scarlett the same as the other girls. She also claimed it was totally unfair that Scarlett had to watch Miley and Joanna get spoiled while getting nothing.

Martin wound up telling her off, though and commending his parents for how accommodating they had been to Scarlett. He pointed out how his parents included Scarlett in activities and bought her Christmas gifts.

Finally, Martin accused her of being extremely selfish for expecting his parents to treat Scarlett– who they barely know– the exact same as their own grandchildren.
