“When I tried waking him up, he was extremely nasty,” she recalled.
“He would scream and beg and act very offended. Basically, he acts like a child and throws every trick he has at me. So, I stopped trying to wake him up.”
Her husband returned to setting his multiple alarms in the early morning hours, and she finally snapped a few days ago.
The night before, she had to work overtime at her job and ended up staying in the office until 9:00 pm. She was desperate for a decent night of sleep. However, her husband’s alarms started going off again at 6:00 am, and she freaked out.
“I immediately started screaming, asking him why he would do that and accusing him of ruining my day,” she said. “It made me even angrier that he tried to deny it, saying the alarm never went off.”
He tried to comfort her, but she wasn’t having it. Later, he released his anger and told her she was behaving “abnormally,” and accused her of starting fights left and right.
She explained that all he needed to do was fix his alarm system. She doesn’t want them to fight over something dumb, but she’s tired of their morning issues.
