Use half of a smaller sugar cookie for the leprechaun’s nose. Place it right underneath the hat so that it’s touching the M&Ms.
Next, gather some Cheez-Its and arrange them into a beard, creating a sort of rounded triangle shape.
Use the rest of the dark chocolate bar to cut out the shape of a cauldron. Then, add a few pieces of cheddar popcorn to complete the “pot of gold.”
Finally, fashion a rainbow coming out of the cauldron using colorful pieces of sour candy.
