-1 cup of oil
-1 cup of milk
Directions:
Start by mixing the cake mix, pistachio pudding, eggs, oil, and milk in a bowl. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth. If you would like, add a few drops of green food coloring.
Next, pour the batter into a nine-by-thirteen baking pan and bake it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about thirty minutes. Let the cake cool completely before adding the topping. To make the topping, you’ll need another pack of pistachio pudding and a half cup of milk. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
Once that’s mixed, add in one tub of Cool Whip and mix well. Finally, spread the topping over the cake, slice it, and enjoy!
You can also sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for a bit of crunch and texture. It’s a great addition but not necessary. And how about a scoop of pistachio ice cream to go with it? You can’t ever go wrong with ice cream. Pistachio cake will become your all-time favorite and guarantee that you’ll have a happy St. Patrick’s Day.
