Number three: If you want to win an argument, refrain from getting upset, which of course, is easier said than done. You might be tempted to fight back and shout in anger, but that is no way to get the upper hand.
Rather than making pointed statements, ask questions to get your meaning across and drill your point home.
This will help the other person see things in a more logical manner and lead them to understand that they are the one in the wrong.
