In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until the consistency is thick and fluffy. Then, add cream cheese and sugar and stir until combined.
It’s optional to add vanilla and food coloring, but it makes it way more exciting!
So scoop the cream cheese mixture into four separate bowls. Next, add drops of different colored food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
Bright blue, pink, purple, and green will help give your cheesecake cups a pastel look that’s synonymous with Easter.
Finally, layer everything together. The graham cracker crumbs are at the base of the cup, of course. Then, add the different colors of the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top to finish it off!
