Finally, he gave up on her and left after she pointed out her friend’s house just down the road and told him that her friend’s family was expecting her any minute.
For a while, she didn’t spend much time looking back at this situation. But after watching a creepy video about abduction online 15 years later, she realized she could’ve potentially been abducted that day had she decided to go with the motorcycle rider or hadn’t pointed out her friend’s house.
“I thought I was invincible at the time, and so grown up,” she recalls, “I thought that I was tough and that nobody would ever harm me.”
Now she realizes she was lucky to get out of that situation in the way that she did.
