It is important to note that her best friend and the other woman did offer to help her out. But, she claimed to have declined their offer and even banned them from the kitchen.
Instead, she just kept running back and forth to the kitchen by herself– refilling tea and getting treats.
Eventually, though, all of the running around started to catch up with her. And it was around that same time that her husband returned home.
As soon as he saw her huffing and puffing, her husband actually dropped everything he was doing to check on her and help her out.
He was apparently pretty frantic and worried– leading her to a special chair in their living room to sit down.
In fact, her husband was so focused on her that he didn’t even address the guests in the living room. So, she recalled how the women started staring and giggling about it– which she found a bit embarrassing.
Regardless, her husband just kept catering to her. He first ran and grabbed everything to make her comfortable before setting the items next to her. Afterward, he started to continue everything she was doing– refilling teas and preparing treats.
“I tried to stop him, but he had none of it,” she recalled. “The girls were teasing and telling me I’m lucky, and I was hoping he relaxed.”
Her husband, though, didn’t see any problem with taking over the hosting responsibilities. Rather, he just kept telling her to relax and claiming that she should not have to even lift a finger.
But honestly, she was a bit frustrated and still tried to help out. Nonetheless, her husband just kept encouraging her to rest every single time.
And as this continued, she noticed the woman her best friend brought getting increasingly bitter. In fact, the woman’s facial expression went from sweet to totally sour. Then, the woman wound up snapping at her.
