But even after a year, her son still complains about the food, even if it’s something as simple as spaghetti, and ends up eating whatever he wants. She disciplines her son whenever he is disrespectful at the table, but his behavior is still very frustrating.
Her fiancé reached his boiling point while cooking for them the other night.
“My fiancé was going to cook enchiladas for dinner, and my son, as usual, didn’t want it and asked for nuggets,” she recalled.
“My fiancé basically threw up his hands while prepping dinner and has now said that he will no longer cook for this household because he is tired of his food [being] snarked and pushed away.”
She is very upset with her fiancé because she loves his food and wants him to keep cooking for their family.
“Granted, I know he doesn’t have to cook for me, but I have fallen in love with his food, and I feel so damn frustrated,” she said.
